On the afternoon of December 27, 2012, Cimarron HIlls Fire Department responded to a report of a traffic accident with injuries in the intersection of Marksheffel Road and Space Village Avenue. Two vehicles were involved and there were some leaking fluids. Temperatures were starting to drop and snow was falling steadily on the scene. Colorado Springs Police Officers arrived to control traffic at the intersection. AMR paramedics were on scene for patient care.
