Over the long, drawn out days of this disaster, the community has melded together to help one another in many, many ways! The outpouring of food and beverages to Care and Share is just one example of the generosity in our lovely community.
Care and Share had a press conference on Monday, July 2nd, 2012, which was Day 10 of this disaster. Here is a quote from Care and Share: "We've collected more than one-million pounds from this very generous community," said Lynne Telford, President and Ceo of Care & Share. "I am just blown away. I had no idea that the community would be this generous."
